The top screens is in excellent condition. I have kept a piece of foam in between the cover and the bottom screen, so when I close it, it has never left any marks.. There are no scratches at all on the top or bottom of the system. It also comes with an official Nintendo 3DS Charger and the original stylus. You also get 3 games.
